Shelton Legal Welcomes New Associate Attorney Nichole Poore-Sanchez
Addition of New Associate Attorney Strengthens Commitment to Family Law Representation
Longtime Shelton Legal Services legal assistant Nichole Poore-Sanchez has been promoted to the position of Associate Attorney following her acceptance into the State Bar of Michigan. Poore-Sanchez is a 2014 graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she concentrated her studies on family law. This area of law will remain her main focus at Shelton Legal Services, where she will also represent clients in criminal defense cases, probate law, and other areas of general practice.
Shelton Legal Services founder and managing attorney Steven Shelton said the promotion will strengthen the firm’s commitment to representing clients in family law cases. "We have always represented clients in select family law cases, but with Nichole now able to take the lead on divorce, custody, child support, and CPS cases, we will be able to handle more family law cases with a wider range of issues," he said. "She has already been instrumental in many of the cases we have handled in recent years, and she will do great things for her future clients."
